McMaster Doctor Sentenced

Sentencing has been handed down to a McMaster doctor who pled guilty to sexual assault.

Justin Onzuka, who videotaped an unconscious and naked woman, has been sentenced to 16 months in jail.

The 37-year-old McMaster Hospital doctor admitted to this incident and another incident in June 2005, when he visited a patient in her home and fondled her breast.

Onzuka’s medical licence has been suspended.

He’s facing disciplinary hearings before the Ontario College of Physicians.
