Mac women’s basketball team seeking first national championship

VIDEO: McMaster’s women’s basketball team is peaking just at the right moment. The team is moving on to the semi-finals of the national championship tournament. The Mauraders marked their 11th victory in a row after they beat the Concordia Stingers Thursday. Mac will face the Canada West champions, the Saskatchewan Huskies, in the final 4 game on Saturday. CHCH News’ Justin Dunk spoke with McMaster’s captain Hilary Hanaka who had quite a week leading Mac to an OUA Championship last Saturday and was named game MVP.
