A few small businesses in Hamilton are shutting their doors for good due to covid19  but one McMaster expert believes there’s hope for the mom and pop shops. A national organization for small businesses believes many of its members will struggle if entrepreneurs can not operate restriction free. Jason Gaidola reports.
