Updated For almost seven months Ontarians have been waiting for more answers into why the Liberal government cancelled planned gas plants in Oakville and Mississauga.
But when Dalton McGuinty shocked everyone and prorogued the legislature last fall, the quest for answers by a Queen’s Park committee was shut down. The committee’s been back up and running for the last couple of months. And Tuesday, the man who’s actions stopped the questions, was facing tough questions from members of the opposition. Former Premier Dalton McGuinty appeared before the Justice Committee. And our Sean Leathong was among the crowd in the room watching his testimony.
