Premier Dalton McGuinty is urging both sides in the lockout at U.S. Steel to resume negotiations.

But while some of the steelworkers tried to talk to McGuinty Tuesday, he avoided them — instead letting one of his local cabinet ministers take the heat. Al Sweeney has the story.
