McClintic charged in prison

Woman serving sentence for Tori Stafford murder accused of assaulting inmate.
Already serving a life sentence for killing the 8-year-old Woodstock girl, Terri-Lynne McClintic will go on trial in September to face a charge of assault causing bodily harm in an unrelated case.
The charge stems from an incident in prison in Kitchener at the end of January.
McClintic is accused of kicking and stomping on another inmate who was curled on the ground.
Her lawyer says she plans to plead not guilty.
