Man wanted after knife pulled in Tim Hortons drive-thru in Niagara Falls

Niagara Regional Police are still hunting for one man after a fight broke out in a Tim Horton’s parking lot in Niagara Falls on Sunday, sending one to hospital with stab wounds.
Officers responded to the Tim Horton’s on McLeod Rd. at Dorchester Rd. shortly before 10 a.m. after learning of a fight in the drive-thru that turned violent. Two victims were discovered upon arrival, one man and one woman, both in their 20s.
The man was suffering from stab wounds and was taken to hospital in non-life threatening condition. The woman also attended a local hospital for further assessment and care after being punched several times during the incident.
Police have determined that an argument broke out in the drive-thru between the pair of victims and a lone male suspect. The disagreement quickly became physical and the suspect drew a knife, injuring the male victim before fleeing the scene.
The suspect fled the parking lot in a black 2010 Audi Q5 and travelled almost 20 kilometers to St. Catharines before he was spotted by police.
He stopped in the area of Queenton St. and Eastchester Ave. and got out of the vehicle before fleeing on foot.
A K9 Unit attended the area but was unable to track down the suspect.
Boysie Alexander Ashton Murray, 41, of St. Catharines is wanted for several charges including assault with a weapon, aggravated assault, and carrying a concealed weapon.
Murray is described as a 41-year-old Black man, standing 6’1” tall, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
He has distinct identifiers such as a tattoo on the right side of his neck that says “MOD” as well as scars on his upper lip and left forearm.
Murray was last seen wearing a blue tracksuit, a white t-shirt with a large logo on the chest, a dark baseball cap with a white logo, and dark shoes.
He is known to frequent the areas of St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, and Toronto. Police encourage members of the public to not approach Murray as he may still be armed.
