Man thrown from car on Highway 5

The OPP are investigating a bizarre incident on Highway 5 in Flamborough that took place around two yesterday afternoon.

Police say a 25-year old Cambridge man suffered life-threatening injuries after landing on the roadway. At this point it’s not known if he got out, or fell out of a car as it travelled along the highway. Two family members were in the car.

He was taken to Hamilton General Hospital where he remains in serious condition.
