Man stuck in tanker

A truck driver had to be rescued this morning after getting trapped in a tanker.

It happened at the Flying “J” truck stop in Fort Erie.

The driver went into the tanker to clean it when the hatch lid closed with the driver still inside.

The fire department used an attic ladder to help him out. He’s expected to be okay.
