Man struck by vehicle in Milton

A man was taken to hospital with head injuries after being struck by a car in Milton on last night.

The man was struck at around 6:10 p.m. on August 2 in the area of Steeles Avenue and James Snow Parkway in the Milton Crossroads plaza.

The driver of the vehicle that struck the man remained on scene and was cooperative with police.

The man was taken to an out of town trauma centre. The extent of his injuries are not known.
