Man still missing, presumed drowned

Toronto Police divers continue to search for a boater who went missing in Lake Ontario.

It’s believed the man fell overboard and drowned late Sunday afternoon not far from Cherry Beach.
Toronto’s underwater search and recovery team spent three and a half hours searching the area but had to call off the search when it got dark.
The search resumed Monday morning.
Police continue to investigate the accident but do not suspect foul play.
