Man stabbed multiple times in Stoney Creek

A man in his early 20s is in serious condition after suffering multiple stab wounds in Stoney Creek.

The incident happened just before 9 am Friday. The victim was walking in front of the East End Police Station covered in blood. Police at the station responded and the man was taken to the Hamilton General Hospital.

The incident originated at an apartment building near King Street and Battlefield Drive.

Detectives from Division 2 are investigating the stabbing, and there’s no word on a suspect.
