Man stabbed in face and back during ‘violent struggle’ in St. Catharines

Niagara police are looking for three people after a man was attacked inside his apartment and stabbed several times.

Police say a man with multiple stab wounds to his back and face walked into St. Catharines Hospital around 1 a.m. Tuesday.

Investigators learned three men had confronted the victim in his apartment on St. Paul St. and a “violent struggle” ensued.

The suspects fled the area in an older model Buick Rendezvous that was last seen travelling westbound on Queen St.

Police released an image of the vehicle wanted in connection with the attack.

The suspects are described by police as white, between 20 and 30 years of age, with medium builds. The first man was wearing a light grey sweatshirt and pants with white running shoes. The second was wearing a maroon sweatshirt, jeans and Timberland boots while the third suspect was wearing a dark long sleeve top and dark pants.
