Man sought in St. Catharines gas station robbery

Niagara police have released two images of a thief wanted in connection with a robbery in St. Catharines.

Officers were called to the Petro Canada gas station on Bunting Rd. at 11:11 p.m. Sunday.

Police say the suspect fled the store before they arrived on scene. Investigators searched the area but did not locate the thief.

He is described as being five-foot-eleven, with a thin build and was wearing a black jacket with the hood up, black pants, a black face mask, and blue gloves.

Police are asking anyone with information or who might have seen the suspect to call investigators at 905-688-4111, dial option 3, and badge number 9412.
