Man sought in convenience store robbery on Hamilton Mountain

Hamilton police are hoping the public can help identify a suspect in a convenience store robbery on Hamilton Mountain.

Police were called to Danny’s Convenience store on Upper Gage Ave. shortly before 9:30 p.m. on Saturday for a robbery in progress.

It was reported that a man came into the store with an edged weapon and demanded money. He fled on foot empty-handed before police arrived on scene. Police say no one was physically harmed during the robbery.
