Man responsible for hidden camera found in Tim Hortons bathroom identified

Hamilton police have identified the man responsible for a hidden camera that was found recording in a bathroom at an east-end Tim Hortons last week.
Officers responded to the restaurant at 30 Queenston Rd. following a report of voyeurism around 11 a.m. on Thursday.
Const. Indy Bharaj says a person went to the women’s restroom with their child and discovered a cell phone covered with toilet paper on the floor of a stall.
Police seized the cellphone, which was still recording at that time.

Officers issued an arrest warrant Monday for Daniel St. Amour, 27, of Hamilton.
St. Amour is wanted for two counts of theft, among other charges.
Officers say St. Amour is not an employee of the restaurant.
