The pandemic has put travel plans on hold for most Canadians. One Brantford couple managed to get into Costa Rica and that’s where they plan to stay. Kevin Watts quit his 26-year career at the Costco in Ancaster by way of a message written in the sand on a tropical beach. Lisa Hepfner reports.
