Man points loaded assault rifle at Hamilton Police

Some scary moments in Hamilton’s north end Sunday night.  Police were called to a home near Barton and Wentworth after they received reports of a man on his front porch holding an assault rifle. When they arrived, the man pointed the loaded weapon at them. He’s now facing a number of charges including careless use of a firearm, pointing a firearm and resisting arrest.
