Man indicted on murder and arson charges in NYC subway attack

In the United States, a man accused of setting a woman on fire aboard a New York City subway train earlier this week has been formally indicted on murder and arson charges.

The suspect, identified as 33-year-old undocumented immigrant Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, who is in custody, waived his right to appear at yesterday’s procedural hearing.
