Man hit by lightning dies

A man hit by lightning near Delhi on Wednesday has died.

48 year old Ezequiel Cervantes-Nava was a migrant farm worker from Mexico.

He was working at a ginseng farm on Highway 3 when lightning struck.

He was revived by paramedics and transported to a hospital in in Tillsonburg before being transferred to London’s University Hospital.

The Mexican Consulate in Toronto has contacted his family in Mexico.
