Police are still on the scene of a drowning in Burlington.

They were called to Country Club Drive near Upper Middle Road just after 4:30 this morning.

When EMS arrived the man was unresponsive. He was taken out of the pool and to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.   The man is believed to be a resident of the house.

Police do not believe foul play was involved.
