Man found hurt on road

A case of a man found unconscious and badly hurt on Hamilton’s Barton Street Monday morning is providing more questions than answers.

Paramedics on the scene say the man was found with head injuries and was bleeding from the mouth.

Hamilton police aren’t sure if he was beaten, hit by a vehicle or simply fell.

Police also don’t know who the man is because he wasn’t carrying identification.
