Man dies after bus ride

Ontario’s police watchdog is investigating after a man died following a ride on a GO transit bus and a fight with police.

The Special Investigations Unit says Peel police responded to a call near Pearson Airport Sunday.

They restrained the man and he lost vital signs at the scene.

The SIU investigates any death involving police.
