Man charged with impaired driving

Three Hamilton women were taken to hospital Tuesday morning after their car rolled over on the QEW in Burlington.

The women are all expected to recover.

The driver has been charged with impaired driving and for refusing to give a breathalyzer test.

Police say the car lost control on the QEW near the 403 split.

It then proceeded to hit a guard rail and roll over onto its roof.
