Man charged with exposing himself to 2 women, offering ride to young teen

A 32-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly exposing himself to two women in Acton and offering a ride to a teenage girl.

Halton police say two similar incidents were reported in Acton in September 2021 and earlier this month.

In both incidents, a man approached a woman and initiated a conversation.

Police say during the interaction, the man exposed himself and began masturbating.

Investigators believe the same man also approached a 14-year-old girl and offered her a ride in his vehicle.

Colby Bernard, of Acton, has been charged with two counts of indecent act and one count of criminal harassment.

Police believe there may be more victims.

They say the vehicle used during the incidents was a black 2019 Buick Encore similar to the below image.
