A Brantford man has been charged with uttering threats in connection with the city’s first homicide of the year.
Joel Scalzo, of Brantford, was arrested Thursday night in a multi-force take down spearheaded by Brantford police.
The 28-year-old was located in a vehicle travelling on Highway 403 around 6:30 p.m.
