Police were called to a street disturbance in the area of York Blvd. and Queen St. N. around 6:30 p.m. on Monday.

Officers found a 46-year-old woman with serious injuries.

He’s been identified as 29-year-old Andrew Ainscow of Hamilton.

Police say he was stabbed to death. Detectives are still investigating.
