Break and Enter at Hamilton Fish and Chips Restaurant

Hamilton police have charged a man with break and enter after an early morning robbery attempt.

Police were called to Connaught Fish & Chips on Main St. E. around 3 a.m. this morning. They arrived to find a man inside who quickly took off out the back of the store.

Officers were able to catch the robber who police say is in his 20s. He has been charged with break and enter and possession under $5000.
