Man arrested in connection to Hamilton’s first homicide of the year

A Hamilton man has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Ethan MacCullouch.

22-year-old Malcolm Washington was arrested around 5:30 Monday evening in the area of Sherman Ave. and Wilson St.

Police say 35-year-old MacCullouch was stabbed to death, he was found inside his MacNab St. home on February 1st.  The murder weapon has not been found.

Police are thanking the public for providing information related to MacCullouch’s murder.
