A Niagara Falls man has been arrested after a car crash that killed a 21-year old woman in June.

A car was speeding down Holland Road in Thorold on June 4th when it crashed into a tree. Brittany Masonovich was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other passengers were injured. Police have now confirmed that speed was a factor in the crash. 22-year old Michael Jay Keeping of Niagara Falls was arrested Wednesday and faces multiple charges including dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death. He’s being held for a bail hearing in St. Catharines.
