Man arrested after truck ends up in unfinished swimming pool

Niagara police have arrested a man after a truck drove into a swimming pool under construction in Niagara on the Lake last week.

Police say when they arrived, the driver of the GMC pickup fled the scene.

36-year-old Grant Barlow of NOTL was arrested Tuesday and has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, public mischief and fail to remain.
