VIDEO: Police say the “boy” found in Newport, Kentucky on Wednesday is not a missing boy from Illinois. Investigators say DNA tests showed a 23-year-old man from Medina, Ohio, named Brian Michael Rini was not Timmothy Pitzen, a now-14-year-old boy who went missing in 2011.
