Hamilton police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 38-year-old man wanted for assault.

Officers say Jake Alexander Brogan is wanted in connection with an assault that took place in April.

Investigators are unable to locate Brogan at this time, but believe he remains in the city. He is also known to frequent the surrounding regions.

Brogan is wanted for assault and four counts of disobeying a court order.

Anyone who may see Brogan is asked to not approach him and call 911 instead.

Those with information that could assist police in locating Brogan are asked to contact the fugitive apprehension unit at 905-546-8911.
