Man, 27, charged after hidden camera found in Hamilton Tim Hortons bathroom

Hamilton police have arrested a 27-year-old man who allegedly put a recording hidden camera in a bathroom at an east-end Tim Hortons last week.
Officers responded to the restaurant at 30 Queenston Rd. following a report of voyeurism around 11 a.m. on Thursday.
Const. Indy Bharaj says a person went to the women’s restroom with their child and discovered a cell phone covered with toilet paper on the floor of a stall.
Police seized the cellphone, which was still recording at that time.
