Mac ER switchover not smooth for everyone

Hamilton’s emergency health system is going through big changes this week.

As of Monday the McMaster emergency room started accepting children only, and a new west-end urgent care centre is now open to serve adults with non-life-threatening emergencies.
But as Lisa Hepfner reports, not everyone found the transition smooth.
