Lynwood-Charlton makes moving arguments

The future of eight disadvantaged teenage girls is about to be decided by the Ontario Muncipal Board.

Hearings began today to determine whether the city of Hamilton has the right to block the residents of Lynwood-Charlton Centre from moving out of an aging, city-owned residence to another building on Augusta Street that Lynwood already owns.
