A scary moment for staff and customers at the “Love Shop” in Burlington.

A car lost control and smashed right into the front of the store on Plains Road this afternoon.

There was a lot of broken glass and the front of this SUV was damaged.

Luckily the driver was ok and no one inside the store was hurt.

Crews were on scene cleaning up the mess and assessing structural damage to the building.
