Lottery winner claims prize

A Toronto man received a big cheque Tuesday afternoon when he accepted his $21 million Lotto Max prize.

A spokeswoman from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says he is the only winner of the July 8th draw.

He went through the claims review process and was presented with his cheque at 1pm.
