Lewis Hamilton set to join Ferrari as driver in 2025

It’s the end of an era.

A big change is coming to the world of Formula One racing.

Seven time world champion Sir Lewis Hamilton is leaving his long-time team at Mercedes for Ferrari.

Hamilton has raced under the Mercedes banner for 11 years… and was contracted to do so until the end of next year.

But, in news that shocked the motor sports world today, he exercised a release option in that contract… and will join Ferrari’s team for the 2025 season.

Hamilton shares the record for the most F1 world titles with Michael Schumacher, and is clearly hoping he can break that record with the ‘Red Devils.’
