Lawsuit in students death

A $1.4 Million dollar lawsuit has been launched in the death of a 17 year old Waterdown High School student.

Christopher Skinner was intoxicated when he arrived at Douglas and Wendy Baron’s home, and he continued to drink until passing out around 3:30 in the morning in June 2010.

Paramedics say he likely died two hours before they got there at 10:30.

The Skinner family is claiming negligence on the part of the homeowners, and by a fellow partygoer.
