Landscaping company fined for fatal blast

A landscaping company responsible for an explosion that killed a Niagara Falls woman and levelled her luxury home has been fined $180,000.

As Lauran Sabourin reports, 54-year old Sharmaine Rudan was the victim of a series of fatal mistakes made by a company that failed to check before it started digging.
