Labour Day Classic

First place in the Eastern division was on the line as the Hamilton Tiger-Cats hosted the Toronto Argonauts for the annual Labour Day Classic. And the only thing hotter than the climate was quarterback Zach Collaros and the cats’ offense.
The Toronto Argonauts opened up the scoring with a rouge early on but then Zach Collaros and company exploded with 400 yards in the air and 4 touchdowns as the Ticats continue their dominance over the Argos on labour day with a 42-12 victory.
The Ticats are now 31-13-1 all time against the Argos on labour day. With the win the ticats are now 1st in the east division and that has fans very excited for the rest of the season. Back to back loses in the Grey cup in the last 2 years and fans are mainly confident that 3 times a charm and they’ll be hoisting the cup in Winnipeg this year.
Quicker than you can say Oskee-wee-wee, the Ticats have 3 whole days of preparation before they take the commute down the QEW to the Rogers Centre to take on the Argos Friday September 11th. The Ticats haven’t played there all year but its going to feel like home.
