Krown Kafe charged a second time for COVID-19 rule violations

A Stoney Creek restaurant that was charged with COVID-19 rule violations has been charged again.
Krown Kafe, on Queenston Rd., was charged under the Reopening Ontario Act and fined $3,000 last month.
It led the city to publish the names of businesses charged for COVID-19 violations on a weekly basis.
The restaurant was charged again on Nov. 26 for failing to provide and post a required safety plan.
Three bars were also charged. Galley Pump Tavern for exceeding the capacity limit and Nobody’s Perfect Bar & Grill and Fla Cafe & Bar were both charged for operating past permitted hours.
Diamond Beauty and Barber was charged for failing to ensure a person working was wearing a face covering. First Barber was charged for failing to ask a person not wearing a face covering to leave.
The Big Bee Convenience on Concession St. was charged with face covering violations.
