Kitchener arrests for Hamilton robbery

Police have arrested two men in Kitchener who are suspected of beating and robbing a man in Hamilton early Tuesday morning.

A 25 year old man was robbed at a hotel in Hamilton where he had arranged to meet a woman. Once inside he was confronted by two men armed with a gun and a knife. The suspects stole the victim’s wallet, cell phone and vehicle and fled in the stolen vehicle. After arresting two men, a firearm was recovered in a house in the Waterloo area.
