Kitchen fire at Lakehouse restaurant

The Lakehouse Restaurant in Vineland will be closed for at least the weekend and likely longer after a fire broke out there Friday morning.
Staff say that, as of late Friday afternoon, they were still waiting for the power to be turned back on.
Multiple fire crews were called to the scene on the North Service Road, just off the QEW. It’s believed the fire started in the kitchen, but the owners say the dining room was untouched.
