Keith community softened by resource centre

In a pocket of north Hamilton in the midst of an industrial area, lies a small neighbourhood known as the Keith district.

It has a reputation for being a tough end of town with a high crime rate. But residents there take exception to the claims. They say it’s a diamond in the rough, and it stems from the Eva Rothwell Community Resource Centre. Maria Hayes takes a look in the second instalment of our series on the United Way.
