Katy Perry and five other celebrities made history Monday, after being launched into space on a short flight aboard aerospace company Blue Origin’s new Shepard rocket.

In the roughly ten-minute flight, the all-women crew flew just above an invisible boundary at an altitude of 62 miles, that’s widely accepted as the edge of space.

This marks the first time an all-women flight crew has traveled to space since 1963.

Pop singer Katy Perry was among five other celebrities who made the journey, which was operated without any pilots, who now all hold the title of astronaut.

Katy Perry said after returning from the flight she was overwhelmed with emotion, calling the trip “the highest height.”

She also said she would definitely be writing a song about her journey.
