Dellen Millard & Mark Smich Guilty in Tim Bosma Murder Trial

The jury has reached a verdict.  Dellen Millard and Mark Smich have both been found guilty of first degree murder.

The jury began deliberations on Monday and declared it had reached a verdict around 2pm Friday.   Jurors returned to the court room at 3pm and announced Dellen Millard was guilty of murder in the first degree, followed by the same verdict for Mark Smich.

The verdict means automatic life sentences for both men.

Tim Bosma disappeared on May 6, 2013 after taking his pickup truck on a test drive with a prospective buyer.  His incinerated remains were discovered days later on a farm owned by Dellen Millard near the town of Ayr.
