Jury selection underway for Musgrave murder

Potential jurors have had their first look at the men who will stand trial for the murder of a Hamilton teenager.

18-year-old Brandon Musgrave was shot to death in March 2010 at a student house party on Dundurn Street in Hamilton.

Police say there was a disagreement over the music being played, and say Musgrave was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was shot in the head.

The two accused, Joshua Warner and Tyrone Chambers, both pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder charges and to the aggravated assault of two other men shot that night.

Nine jurors have been selected so far.
