Jury selection for the precedent setting 4th murder trial of Robert Badgerow resumed Wednesday morning in Kitchener. The process began on Monday but due to a staff error it just about started from scratch.

First the jury pool was broken up into smaller groups, then group by group anyone with a valid reason as to why they can’t be a juror was asked to come forward. The actual selection process begins Thursday and if the crown and the prosecution can select a jury by Friday then this trial will get underway Monday morning.
